We highly encourage in-person attendance, however, if you are unable to travel please contact us (sphere2025@ssl.berkeley.edu) before registering and we will accommodate you online.

Early career researchers and students will be granted requests for oral presentations. If you are an early career scientist and you would like to request travel funding, there will be an opportunity to do so in the abstract submission form. Presentation and poster offers will be determined shortly after the abstract submission deadline. There will be a dedicated poster session for other contributions.
